What happens to my subscription after the August 2023 box?
Space & Beyond Box has made the difficult decision to cease production of new boxes after the August 2023 Eclipse Collection.
If your subscription term included additional boxes beyond August 2023, the Space & Beyond Box team will either issue you a refund for remaining boxes or will ship you a past box you had not yet received. Please seen our email from August 23, 2023 which will detail how your subscription will be handled.
All subscriptions will be changed to cancelled by 8/26/23 so they do not automaticallly renew.

What is in the Space & Beyond Box?
Each Space & Beyond Box features a collection of 5-7 specially curated space-themed items at a savings of over 30% off retail prices. The Box includes intriguing, high-quality items and exclusive products not available anywhere else!
How much does a box cost?
Individual boxes start at $49.95.
Extra shipping and handling apply to Canadian and international orders. Canadian shipping is $9.95 per box. International is $11.95 per box.
Are subscription plans available?
Unfortunately, as of August 2023, subscription plans are no longer available. The August Eclipse Collection was our last box which will be available as a standalone purchase through 12/31/23. During that time, you can also add individual past boxes to your order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
As of 8/25/23, all subscriptions have been updated to cancelled or expired due to Space & Beyond Box no longer being offered as a subscription product. If you had a subscription with remaining paid for boxes prior to this date, the Space & Beyond Box team should have contacted you about issuing a refund or sending you additional boxes to fulfill your subscription. No further action is needed by you to cancel your subscription.
Can I buy just one box?
Yes!
The August Eclipse box can be purchased as a standalone product between now and 12/31/23. When you order, you can also add individual past boxes to your order at a discount of 25% off regular price.

What t-shirt sizes are available in the box?
We currently offer t-shirts in sizes small, medium, large, x-large, and xx-large. Additional sizes are not available at this time due to maintaining the cost of the box. Visit your billing portal at any time to update the t-shirt size.
How do I update my shipping or billing information?
To update your shipping or billing information, log into your Billing Portal via the link you received in your new customer email or contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980.
What is your return policy?
Boxes are non-returnable.
Unfortunately, due to the provisions of discounts and bonus items, we are not able to issue refunds once payment has been processed.
What if an item in my box is damaged or missing?
If a product in your box is damaged or missing, contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980 to request a replacement product.
Are coupon codes available?
Yes! From time to time, Space & Beyond Box coupon codes will be available. Sign-up for emails from Space & Beyond Box or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to be the first to hear of these special discounts.
When will I receive my order?
Your boxes will arrive 1-2 weeks after they are ordered.
Where in the world do you ship to?
The Space & Beyond Box ships throughout the United States, Canada, and internationally. Shipping fees will vary by region.
How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time, shipping is free on boxes shipping to the contiguous US.
Canadian shipping is $9.95 per box.
International is $11.95 per box.
What if I haven’t received my box?
If you have not received your box, contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980.
Can I reorder any of the boxes or items?
Individual past boxes are available to subscribers as part of your subscriber perks or can be added to your new subscription when you first subscribe.
