What is in the Space & Beyond Box?
Each quarterly Space & Beyond Box features a collection of 5-7 specially curated space-themed items at a savings of over 30% off retail prices. The Box includes intriguing, high quality items and exclusive products not available anywhere else!
How much does a subscription cost?
Quarterly subscriptions start at $49.95 and include free shipping for U.S. customers. Extra shipping and handling applies to Canadian and international orders. Canadian shipping is $3.00 per box. International is $5.00 per box. Subscribe to an annual subscription and save up 10% off!
What subscription plans are available?
Quarterly and annual plans are available.
Quarterly subscriptions include 1 box and automatically renew at the same frequency for $49.95 (plus applicable s/h).
Annual subscriptions include 4 boxes and automatically renew at the same frequency for $44.80 per box or $179.20 total (plus applicable s/h)
When will my subscription ship?
Boxes ship on the 15th of the month in February, May, August, and November. If you subscribe within 45 days of this shipping date, you will receive this quarters box. If you subscribe more than 45 days after this shipping date, you will receive next quarters box.
For example, if you subscribe on March 10th, you are still within 45 days of the shipping date of February box (which ships on February 15th) so you will receive the February box. However, if you subscribed on April 10th, you are more than 45 days after the February shipping date so your first box will ship in May.
When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of the month in February, May, August, and November. Subscriptions renew at the same frequency and cost as your current subscription.
Quarterly Subscriptions: If your first box was the November box, your subscription will automatically renew at the quarterly rate on February 1st.
Annual Subscriptions: If your first box was the November box, your subscription will automatically renew at the annual rate on November 1st of the following year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your Billing Portal via the link you received in your new customer email or contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980. Your subscription will be cancelled and will not renew at the end of your subscription term.
Unfortunately, due to the provisions of discounts and bonus items we are not able to issue refunds on annual plans once one or more boxes have shipped. You can cancel at any time to prevent from being billed again, though you will continue to receive all shipments for which you’ve already paid.
Can I buy just one box?
Yes! Subscribe with the quarterly plan and you will receive and be charged for one box at a time. If you receive the first box and love it, do nothing and you will continue to receive the box each quarter. If you do not like it, you can cancel online before the 1st of month during which the next box ships (February, May, August, or November) to prevent from being billed again.
Subscribers get access to purchase past boxes at any time as part of their subscriber perks.
Are your subscription boxes customized to me?
Boxes are customized for each quarters theme but not for each customer. You can expect to receive a different assortment of products in each box, including several exclusive items you won’t find anywhere else!
What t-shirt sizes are available in the box?
We currently offer t-shirts in sizes small, medium, large, x-large, and xx-large. Additional sizes are not available at this time due to maintaining cost of the box.
If you previously subscribed with t-shirt sizes xxx-large or xxxx-large, your account has been updated to xx-large. Visit your billing portal at any time to update the t-shirt size on your subscription.
How do I update my shipping or billing information?
To update your shipping or billing information, log into your Billing Portal via the link you received in your new customer email or contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980.
What is your return policy?
Boxes are non-returnable. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the 1st of the month when boxes ship to receive a refund for that quarters box. Boxes ship February, May, August, and November.

What if an item in my box is damaged or missing?
If a product in your box is damaged or missing, contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980 to request a replacement product.
Are coupon codes available?
Yes! From time to time, Space & Beyond Box coupon codes will be available. Sign-up for emails from Space & Beyond Box or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to be the first to hear of these special discounts.
Subscribers to the box also can receive $5 off future boxes for any customers they refer to the Space & Beyond Box. To access your referral coupon code, log into your billing portal. Share this code with friends and family so they can get $5 off their first box. When they subscribe to the box, you’ll receive $5 off your next box!
When will I receive my first box?
Your first box will arrive 4-6 weeks after they are ordered.
Where in the world do you ship to?
The Space & Beyond Box ships throughout the United States, Canada, and internationally. Shipping fees will vary by region.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the United States is free for a limited time. Additional shipping and handling fees apply to Canada and international orders. Canadian subscriptions are additional $3.00 s/h per box and international are additional $5.00 s/h per box.
What if I haven’t received my box?
If you have not received your box, contact Customer Care by Email or phone (866)930-0980.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Upon subscribing to the box, you will receive your new customer email which includes information on creating an account and accessing your unique referral code. This code can be shared with anyone you would like. If they use this code when subscribing to the Space & Beyond Box, you will receive $5 off your next renewal. The customer you referred will also receive $5 off their first box. If you need to access your referral code at any time, log into your Billing Portal to view your code.
Are there any benefits to subscribing to the Space & Beyond Box?
Yes, in addition to receiving the quarterly box with 5 or more amazing astronomy-themed products, you will also receive fun surprises, exclusive giveaways for Space & Beyond Box subscribers, access to purchase past boxes, and special deals and discounts from Astronomy magazine, MyScienceShop.com, and our partners.
Can I reorder any of the boxes or items?
Individual past boxes are available to subscribers only as part of your subscriber perks or can be added to your new subscription when you first subscribe. At this time, individual boxes are not available to non-subscribers.
